HOW LONG CAN YOU EVALUATE YOUR PURCHASE

We would like to give you the opportunity to look at your purchase before you pay; however, this is an online shop. What we can give you, though, is up to 10 days after delivery to evaluate your purchase, and decide if you like it or not. If you don't like it, and it is still in good condition (the same as when we shipped it out) you may send it back to us and we will refund your money.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we cannot pay for return shipping. This is because shipping oftentimes costs more than the actual products! Our products are very reasonably priced and we are sorry to say that we cannot pay for return shipping. This is the nature of buying online.

If you would like your local music store to buy and resell some chinese flutes from us, please ask them to contact us immediately, and we can work out a deal so that you can see and even play the merchandise before purchasing.

WHERE TO SEND RETURNS

You may decide to send it to us in the U.S.A. or in Taiwan, up to you.

REFUNDED MONEY

We refund your money via paypal. If for some reason your paypal account is closed or cannot otherwise be used, we will contact you and discuss a refund method. We may send you a check, money order, or a wire transfer to your bank.
